With the 2008 financial crisis preventing many companies from funding new equipment purchases, a new business practice emerged within Northland Systems: NorthSmart. Since 2008, NorthSmart has been on a mission to help companies maintain their equipment beyond the manufacturer’s End of Life dates and provide a cost-effective alternative to spiraling OEM hardware maintenance costs.

As businesses continue to grapple with ballooning IT budgets, our suite of services (as well as our customer list) has continued to grow!  Today NorthSmart provides IT Hardware Support and Maintenance services to Small/Midsize Businesses, Local/Federal government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies. NorthSmart maintains IT hardware located across the globe. Our IT Hardware Maintenance Services, cloud-based Multi-Vendor Dashboard and Asset audit tools are unique in the industry.

With over 600 available Depots and 30,000 Field Engineers our company is able to provide onsite service and parts in 100+ countries. Additionally, regardless of location, every Field Engineer has a backup who has additional support through the Center of Excellence, which is staffed 24×7.
